CenoStar G-12000 Glass Bubble microspheres are engineered hollow glass spheres used to reduce density for oil and gas drilling fluids and drilling cements. Properties including ultra-light inorganic, non-metallic, extremely low-density functional filler enhance final product properties. These hydrophobic spheres have a wide range of formulations and its ball-bearing effect can improve its mobility and reduce the viscosity and internal stress of resin mixture, so during processing, less heat is produced in composite materials. This prevents inadequate lubrication and partial thermal decomposition. Extruding is more likely when molding, which can not only reduce defects in products, but can also improve the production efficiency by 15% -20%.
