Roger W. Foster is an expert in industrial materials with more than 25 years of market knowledge, trade secrets, intellectual property, and exclusive sources of materials. Roger founded CenoStar in 1994 and has built his company into one of the leading global distributors of high value additives, fillers and composites that greatly enhance the characteristic, performance and quality of a wide variety of manufacturing processes and products. He is in his fifth decade as a successful entrepreneur and business manager that also includes significant experience with innovative technologies, architecture, real estate, investment and development. Roger was educated at Eaglebrook School, Berkshire Acadamy, Colby College, Boston Architectural College and Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
Ryan SturgeonSourcing Manager
With a business degree from the University of Nevada, Ryan accepted an internship in Bejing, China. While there, for 2 years, he ran the quality control and marketing program for Krosswood Doors, manufacturing wooden garage doors. In 2011, he joined Cenostar sourcing products, providing quality control in China and providing invaluable professional contacts.
Nie (Daniel) Yong Quality Control and Product Procurement
Daniel is from Hubei, China and while in college majored in Chemistry. In his determination to succeed, he taught himself to speak English, which he now speaks fluently. He worked at Wenan International engineering high quality wooden doors and quickly advanced to become head of quality control, as well as an international sales representative. Daniel currently conducts quality control, translation, logistics, and other operations in China for Cenostar.
Sarah HoldenLEED, AP, Logistics Coordinator
Sarah, a LEED-accredited project manager with a passion for creating innovative solutions to the mechanics of project management, shipping and logistics. She offers more than 30 years of demonstrated success in managing multi-disciplinary teams, large budgets and critical schedules for corporate and commercial clients. She has operated her own business in project management where she has overseen projects from high-tech clean rooms to corporate renovations to a state-of-the-art learning center. She holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Architecture, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies from the University of Maryland.
RICHARD W. PINTO, JR.
Richard Pinto brings to CenoStar three decades’ worth of invaluable relationships with a diverse array of businesses, institutional leaders and government decision makers from across the U.S. and from more than two dozen countries.
Prior to joint CenoStar, Mr. Pinto was managing partner at the Washington, DC-based public affairs firm Fabiani & Company joining at its founding in 2002 where he sourced, closed and serviced more than $15 million of client accounts.
From 1994 to 2001 he was a senior advisor at Cassidy & Associates, Washington, D.C.’s largest government lobbying firm at the time.
From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Pinto was a staff assistant to U.S. Senator Christopher J. Dodd (D- CT), serving in press, campaign, and personal aide capacities.
Mr. Pinto is a 1988 graduate of Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts.
